This class centers around the Seven Sacred Directions and how each one connects to your life, your energy, and the way you move through the world.
Drawing from a blend of Native American and Huna philosophies, Shaman Jeff walks you through this in a way that’s clear, easy to understand, and down to earth.
Throughout the class, you’ll spend time exploring what each direction represents, how it connects to your life, and how to start working with these energies in a way that works for you.
We’ll also do a guided meditation and have time at the end for any questions.
