This class is focused on the heart center — not from a sad place, and not about digging up old wounds. It’s about clearing things that build up over time and bringing the heart back into balance.

Life has a way of stacking things on us. Stress, disappointment, old emotions, and everyday responsibilities can cause the heart space to feel guarded or heavy, even when we don’t realize it’s happening. This workshop is meant to gently open that space back up and help you reconnect with a steadier, calmer place within yourself.

We’ll talk about how the heart protects itself energetically and why that protection can sometimes turn into holding too much. You’ll learn some of the signs that your heart energy may feel blocked or closed off, and how to soften it in a way that feels safe and grounded — not emotional or overwhelming.
