In this class, we’ll explore the connection between dreaming and astral travel, where your spirit steps outside the body to journey, learn, and expand. You’ll learn how to set intentions before sleep, and recognize when you’re shifting into an astral experience. We’ll also talk about how to keep yourself safe and grounded while exploring these realms, so you feel confident opening that door.
The class closes with a guided practice to help you tune in, strengthen recall, and begin working with your dreams in a more meaningful way.
